These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at chromaxp.com and related pages (collectively, the “Site”), operated by HAPPYMYNDS as ChromaXP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Effective date” above. Material changes may be announced via a notice on the Site. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, stop using the Site.
2. Description of the Site
The Site provides educational and utility content related to color (including interactive tools, reference data, and articles). Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued without notice. The Site is provided for general information and convenience.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site or our content except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed for reference remain the property of their respective owners.
7. User content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us (for example by email), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the Site, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHROMAXP, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChromaXP and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that mandates a different forum or mandatory consumer protection rules, those rules may still apply to you.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire agreement
